This ministry is two things.

It is a study and monitoring of conflict and it is a support network for clergy of any denomination or religious tradition. We document the unfair treatment of clergy by their congregation or a Church bureaucracy. In this context, we attempt to stand with abused Clergy in their time of trouble.

In short. This page is about the harrasment, bullying or abuse of clergy.

The major thrust of this work is a network of concerned people who make themselves available to support Clergy who find themselves unfairly treated in a conflict situation. While this is a self-help model, if asked we act as coach, consultant, mediator, or advocate. We attempt to be supportive to all who call (over 2000 have done so over the years). At all times the caller determines the depth of our confidential involvement.
